These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Skillify, including the Skillify mobile application, website, and related services operated by LOVIGIN LTD ("Skillify", "we", "our", or "us").

By using Skillify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Skillify is a platform that allows users to create profiles, share skills, discover other users, communicate, and exchange knowledge or experience.

2. Eligibility

3. User Accounts

You agree not to use Skillify to:

Skillify may help users discover and communicate with each other, but we do not control or guarantee the behavior, identity, skills, qualifications, or intentions of any user.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Use caution when sharing personal information or arranging any offline meeting.

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts if we believe that these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws have been violated.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if necessary to protect users, the Service, or LOVIGIN LTD.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Skillify, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOVIGIN LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of Skillify, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using Skillify at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access may create risk for users, Skillify, or LOVIGIN LTD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of Skillify after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
